Paresh Rawal Returns as Babu Rao in "Hera Pheri 3" After Dispute Resolution
After a period of uncertainty, the beloved "Hera Pheri" franchise is back on track with Paresh Rawal reprising his iconic role as Babu Bhaiya. The veteran actor had previously stepped away from the project due to reported disagreements with Akshay Kumar, but he has now confirmed that all issues have been resolved. The original trio is set to reunite, paving the way for "Hera Pheri 3".
Speaking on The Himanshu Mehta Show, Paresh Rawal emphasized the importance of respecting the audience's love for the franchise. He stated that the team has a responsibility to treat the project with care, acknowledging the audience's deep connection with the previous films. "You can’t take things for granted," he said, adding that the team must work hard to deliver a worthwhile film for the fans.
The veteran star also assured fans that all problems surrounding "Hera Pheri 3" have been settled. He confirmed that there is no lingering animosity and that the project is back on track. His focus is now on collaboration and delivering the best possible film. “It’s all resolved—nothing has happened,” he stated, putting an end to the speculation.
He further confirmed that "Hera Pheri 3" is slated for theatrical release. He shared that some "fine-tuning" was needed among the team members, highlighting that the creative minds involved – including Priyadarshan, Akshay Kumar, and Suniel Shetty – are long-time friends, which can make collaboration both exciting and, at times, challenging.
With Paresh Rawal's return now official, audiences can anticipate the reunion of the iconic trio – Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty – on the big screen.
