Aamir Khan's Partner Gauri Spratt Offers Playful Critique of His Acting: 'Room for Improvement'

Aamir Khan, who recently introduced his partner Gauri Spratt to the public, shared a playful moment with her during an interview that has quickly gained traction on social media.

Gauri, typically private, surprised viewers by joining Aamir during The Lallantop's interview, where fans posed questions to the actor. When the host invited Gauri to participate, she jokingly remarked that Aamir's acting still has "room for improvement," eliciting laughter from both the superstar and the audience.

'She's Watched Very Few of My Films'

In the viral video, Aamir Khan introduces Gauri, stating, "Meri filmein bohot kam dekhi hai inhone" (She has watched very few of my films). When questioned about his acting abilities, Gauri responded playfully, "There's always room for improvement." Aamir sportingly agreed, "I agree with her."

Gauri admitted that before their relationship deepened, she had only seen a limited number of his films. "I watched Lagaan, Dil Chahta Hai, and 3 Idiots. After we became friends, I made an effort to watch a few more. I’ve seen Ghajini, Dangal, and Laal Singh Chaddha," she revealed, noting that she still hasn't seen his entire filmography.

"I really liked how he acted in some of his older films. Akele Hum Akele Tum—I watched that and really enjoyed his performance," Gauri added.

How Aamir Khan Met Gauri Spratt

Earlier this year, Aamir Khan shared that he and Gauri Spratt initially met 25 years ago but lost contact. They reconnected two years ago, strengthening their bond.

Aamir described their relationship, saying, "I was looking for someone I can be calm with, who gives me peace. And there she was." Gauri explained her attraction to Aamir: "I wanted someone who was kind, a gentleman, and just caring." Aamir jokingly responded, "And after all that, you found me?"

Aamir Khan was previously married to Reena Dutta in 1986, and they have two children, Ira and Junaid. They divorced in 2002. He later married filmmaker Kiran Rao in 2005; they announced their separation in 2021. Aamir and Kiran have a son, Azad, born via surrogacy. Despite the separations, Aamir maintains a positive relationship with both Reena and Kiran.
